The work centered on gender mainstreaming, inclusive leadership, and organizational development aligned with EU standards and values. FBA Palestine 6-month consultancy as a Senior Gender Expert for the FBA Palestinian Strategy, leading the last 6 months of the 2-year program of the ProWSA – Program for Women’s Strategic Advancement in Palestine. The task included leadership training and coaching of 10 women in leadership positions from the West Bank, and 3 women in leadership positions from the Gaza Strip, with the goals of achieving more inclusive peacebuilding and women in strategic leadership positions in Palestine. Inclusive peacebuilding and gender mainstreaming of organizations and institutions (state agencies, including the Police and local authorities, as well as CSOs) in Eastern DRC, the Provinces of North-Kivu (Goma), South-Kivu (Bukavu), and Kinshasa through the Réseau pour la Consolidation de la Paix Inclusive du Congo (RCPI) (Network for Inclusive Peacebuilding in DRC). FBA Communications DRC 3-month consultancy to write a Strategic Communications Plan for the RCPI (Network for Inclusive Peacebuilding in DRC) and the DRC Strategy team (participatory approach.) The Communications Strategy included creating 3 regional units, a Communications team, a new website, a social media strategy, and strategic plans for internal and external communications. Military-Civilian Exercise Viking 18 Consultancy to gender mainstream the joint Military-and Civilian exercise Viking 18. The task included gender and intersectional inclusion mainstreaming all documents and plans for the exercise, involving 5 nations, as well as advising the leadership of the exercise.
