The two collaborations on SIMP Africa and SIMP Asia involved creating tailor-made training material and leading/facilitating workshops on inclusive and sustainable leadership, diversity, and gender equality, for the SIMP program participants, that is, for The Swedish Institute Management Programme. The SIMP programs are leadership programs for business leaders, decision-, opinion- and change-makers with high levels of influence for sustainable business practices in partner countries. The goal is to strengthen sustainable development, gender equality, economic development, and inclusion of diverse populations, as well as create important business relationships with Sweden. HopeComms studied the background of the 50 or so participants from various countries at each SIMP program to develop tailor-made materials for the workshops on inclusive, sustainable leadership and business development and led the interactive workshops with each group during the delegations' studies in Sweden.
