HopeComms’ tasks were two-fold; one, to guide the management team in its work with DEIB, including getting more women to stay longer in the firm/ become Partners, as well as increasing Front's outreach program to young Swedes from various backgrounds. And, two, to train the entire team in DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging), with a focus on creating an inclusive organizational culture, and inclusive leadership for managers and leaders.

HopeComms collaborated on this task for the Law firm Front Advokater in Gothenburg, Sweden with Petter Flink, JurKand, a lawyer and legal expert. We conducted an extensive review of the Firm’s policies and previous work relating to various areas, including leadership, HR, Recruitment, Succession order, Outreach programs, Organizational culture/Employee engagement surveys, equal opportunities, and gender equality/DEIB policies, etc, to then guide the management team in a strategic planning workshop for Front’s future work within DEIB, resulting in Vision- and Mission statements, a Strategy with short-term and long-term goals, clear Metrics and Indicators, and a hands-on Action Plan. The work also included an overview of the Internal and External Communications of Front’s gender equality and DEIB work.
Front Advokater is today one of the wo winners of the Swedish Branch organization’s gender equality prize Justitiapriset.
