Viktoria Saxby brought a highly valuable and thoughtful perspective to our work on gender equality by clearly linking men, fatherhood and social norms to sustainable development. Her contribution — both through the lecture at the Consulate and the advisory workshop with AÇEV — was greatly appreciated and helped deepen the dialogue on how engaging men can strengthen men’s and children’s wellbeing, advance gender equality and women’s participation in the workforce, and contribute to stronger organisational capacity and long-term societal resilience.

The content was delivered in an inclusive and respectful way, creating trust, engagement and a sense of shared purpose among both women and men.
