Inclusive AI for organisations that want to lead the way

Artificial intelligence is transforming how we work, communicate and make decisions. But without a conscious approach, AI risks reinforcing existing biases and excluding the people who are already furthest from power. I’m Viktoria Saxby, and I offer keynotes and training on inclusive AI for organisations that want to lead the way and use this technology in a way that benefits everyone.

With experience from tech companies, UN agencies, government authorities and international organisations, I bring the unique combination of tech and inclusion expertise needed to guide you in the right direction.

AI and inclusion in a rapidly changing world

The question of AI and inclusion has become central for organisations across every sector. AI systems are trained on historical data and can therefore inherit and amplify biases linked to gender, ethnicity, age and other factors. For organisations, this entails risks both to reputation and to the actual impact on employees, customers and citizens.
I help you understand these risks and develop strategies for using AI in a way that is both effective and fair. Whether you are an organisation just starting out with AI tools or one that already has extensive AI implementations, there is always room to strengthen the inclusion perspective.

CLIENTS SAY

As an HR manager, I've worked with a wide variety of large companies that are pushing the D&I issue strongly - Viktoria's lecture and training on the topic are the best I have ever heard.

AI keynotes with a focus on diversity and fairness

My AI keynotes go beyond the technical aspects and focus on what AI and diversity actually mean in practice for your organisation. How do AI tools affect your recruitment processes? What biases may be built into the systems you already use? And how do you make sure AI supports rather than undermines your inclusion work?

The keynote is suitable for both leaders and employees and requires no technical prerequisites. Instead, you get an accessible and engaging walkthrough that raises important questions and provides concrete tools for action. As always, the keynote is interactive, tailored to your audience and based on the latest research.

Ethical AI as a strategic question for leaders

Ethical AI is not just a technical question, it is a strategic leadership issue. Organisations that take ethical AI seriously reduce their risks, strengthen their brand and build trust with employees and customers. I help leaders understand which questions they need to ask, which processes need to be in place, and how the organisation can create a culture where responsible AI use is a natural part of operations.

From international organisations such as the UN and the World Bank to Swedish companies within finance, tech and life science, I have guided organisations through these questions. My broad experience means I understand what ethical AI looks like across different sectors and contexts.

Inclusion is win/win. This is why;

The success of my blockbuster series Bridgerton has proved the economic sense of prioritizing diversity on screen.

From insight to action within inclusive AI

My approach is always rooted in the practical. Participants gain not only insights into the challenges of AI and inclusion but also concrete tools for acting on them. This can mean reviewing existing AI systems from an inclusion perspective, developing guidelines for responsible AI use, or building inclusion in as a core principle of new digital solutions.

My keynotes and training are always interactive and tailored to the audience, whether that is an executive team, an IT department or the entire organisation. The topics I work with span leadership, organisational culture, innovation, communication and risk management, and the AI perspective is woven in in a way that is relevant to you.

Why organisations choose me for AI and diversity

What sets me apart is the combination of deep expertise in inclusion and an understanding of how technology affects people and organisations. I have worked with organisations from the UN and the World Bank to Swedish tech companies, government authorities and firms within banking, industry and media. My work is about helping you take control of how AI affects your organisation, your employees and the people you serve.

I offer keynotes, workshops, training and advisory services on inclusive AI, adapted to your audience and circumstances. Everything is tailored and can be delivered both on-site and digitally. Organisations that work on inclusive AI with me reduce their risks, strengthen their brand and position themselves as responsible actors in a time when trust in AI use is decisive.
