Culture change that creates lasting impact
Culture change doesn’t happen overnight, and it certainly doesn’t happen by putting nice-looking values on a wall. Real culture change requires leaders to understand which behaviours and structures shape the organisation today and to have the tools to change them.
I work with culture change through keynotes, workshops, training, advisory and strategic support. My method is built on walking through the practical work: why the change is needed, what needs to change, and exactly how you get there. Inclusive cultures are the magic pill that benefits everyone in the organisation, both collectively and individually. But getting there takes deliberate work.

Our times are marked by polarisation, rapid change and greater demands on organisations to act responsibly. Leadership and culture have never been more important. I help organisations navigate this complex reality by building cultures that are resilient, adaptable and sustainable.
I have worked in very different contexts: from international organisations and Swedish government authorities to companies within finance, tech, life science and media. From the Police and the Armed Forces to municipalities, universities, Save the Children and UN agencies such as UNDP and UN Women. That experience means I understand that challenges look different depending on the sector, and that solutions have to be adapted accordingly. Whether the task is leading through uncertainty, handling conflict or building trust in a time of change, I always connect leadership and culture as two sides of the same coin.

You cannot separate organisational culture from leadership. The culture is shaped by how leaders act, communicate and set priorities in everyday life. That is why my work often begins with the leaders themselves. Through coaching, workshops and training, leaders gain insight into how their behaviour shapes the culture and concrete tools for creating the workplace they want.
When leaders set the tone in creating safety, inclusion and openness, it spreads throughout the organisation. Employees who feel seen and valued perform better, collaborate more and stay longer.
