HellermanTyton Global
Kind words

Johanna Holmström
Head of HR Nordics, HellermannTyton
Many thanks for the lecture yesterday Viktoria! It was very good and there are many parts we will take with us from it and work on, both with staff members and with the leadership.
Let's keep in touch and see if we can do another workshop for the leadership in 2024 on this topic.
Once again, many thanks - very good lecture and interaction with the co-workers, even via Teams!
Hope Comms met with HR and CEO to discuss and review what inclusion work the company had already done, and what areas the training should include and focus on. The goal was for all co-workers to become more familiar with and updated on various aspects of inclusion, and legislation around anti-discrimination work, as well as to engage all team members.
The training session included all of HellermannTyton's team members and was interactive. Topics covered included the wins (benefits), the whats (knowledge), and most importantly, the hows (concrete steps) to successfully obtain and retain an inclusive organizational culture with high psychological safety, allyship, and employee engagement - ultimately benefitting the work environment and culture for all team members, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
