Viktoria Saxby played a central role in the development and delivery of the Gender Coach Programme. Her contribution, including the sharing of experiences from previous work as a Gender Coach within the Swedish Armed Forces and the Swedish Police Authority, as well as from initiating similar leadership programmes internationally within both public authorities and politics, was instrumental in making the programme highly successful. The strong practical and real-world focus of her contributions was highly appreciated by all participants and significantly strengthened the quality and impact of the programme.
