The initiative was carried out through a comprehensive organization-wide assessment of inclusion, diversity, and gender equality, involving all employees and offices globally. The results were analysed together with existing ways of working, policies, and communication. The work resulted in clear recommendations for how leadership, governance, and day-to-day practices could be strengthened, as well as workshops with the executive leadership team and targeted trainings and workshops for over 100 managers across Sigma’s offices in Sweden and selected international locations.
