Swedish Agency Support Faith Communities

The workshop focused on strengthening women’s leadership, engaging male leaders as allies for gender equality, and inspiring more young women to pursue leadership roles within faith communities and religious organisations.

The work was grounded in leadership in polarised and values-driven contexts and highlighted how religious leaders can contribute to inclusive norms, gender equality, and non-violent, democratic societies. Through dialogue, practical tools and experience-sharing, the workshop created space for reflection on leadership, responsibility and collaboration across differences and faith traditions.
