Inspired and energized after Unionen’s regional council meeting in Tällberg.
It was two intense days in Tällberg, where the regional councils of Gävleborg, Uppland, and Dalarna were held. A well-organized and tightly packed program brought together around 200 engaged participants.
One of my personal highlights was the lecture by Viktoria Saxby, which addressed topics such as inclusive organizational cultures and diversity. These are incredibly important issues that are all too easily drowned out in societies shaped by autocratic politics.
I am reminded of how important it is, in everyday life and in our own behavior, to try to make a difference, challenge our negative biases, and hold on to — and care for — our fellow human beings. Thank you, Tällberg, and thank you, Unionen. 💚
