HopeComms delivered a Learn & Lunch seminar at Helio on the benefits of gender equality, diversity, and inclusion – why it matters, what it means in practice, and how organizations can work with it, in practice.
 

The seminar was open to Helio members and external guests and gathered approximately 120 participants. The session combined research-based insights, business value, and real-life examples with reflection and dialogue, offering participants increased awareness and practical takeaways for building more inclusive workplaces.
