AG Advokat (law firm)

HopeComms was first invited to work with AG Advokater by holding a training for all staff members on gender equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging, curated in collaboration with the leadership/partners.

As the feedback from the initial training was very positive from the staff, HopeComms was invited back for a follow-up training with concrete steps and tools for building and maintaining an inclusive organizational culture.
