A leadership workshop with me is always tailored to the specific audience and sector. Before every workshop, I do my research to understand your unique challenges and goals. The workshop format works particularly well when you want to address organisational culture, equality and inclusion, change management or psychological safety within teams. I have led workshops for a broad range of organisations for over 30 years. In the private sector, I have worked with companies within finance, banking, law, tech, IT, industry, media and life science. In the public sector, municipalities, government agencies, the Armed Forces, the Police, the courts and universities have drawn on my expertise. Internationally, UN agencies such as UNDP, UN Women and UNICEF, as well as Sida, Save the Children, Plan International and Médecins Sans Frontières, have engaged me.

My approach to coaching and workshops

I believe we learn best when we have fun. My workshops and coaching sessions are interactive, inclusive and engaging. I always focus on the benefits of inclusion for everyone and emphasise that equality and diversity are not zero-sum games, they are about making sure everyone’s talents are put to use. Every participant leaves with practical and concrete tools for creating real change in their organisation.

 

My work mainly consists of keynotes, workshops, leadership training, advisory and strategic support, as well as analyses and programme development. Whatever the format, the practical dimension is always at the centre: how do you actually go about succeeding? The topics I cover span leadership, organisational culture, work environment, psychological safety, innovation and change capacity, communication and trust, as well as values-based work and risk management. Everything is tailored to your organisation, your sector and your specific goals.

 

Workshops and coaching are offered both on-site and digitally, which makes it easy to take part wherever you are in the country or the world. The format is always decided in dialogue with you to make sure it fits your circumstances and preferences.
