Change management courses for leaders and managers

My change management courses are aimed at both executive teams and operational managers who need to strengthen their ability to lead through change. The course is always tailored and takes into account your industry, your context and the specific challenges you face. I have worked with change management in very different environments: from the Police and the Armed Forces to financial institutions and tech companies, from municipalities and universities to the UN, Sida and Save the Children.

The answer lies in practical tools that create psychological safety and that engage the whole organisation, the team and every individual employee. Inclusive leadership makes everyday life easier for everyone, not least for the leaders themselves.

 

When employees feel safe contributing their ideas and perspectives, both innovation capacity and collaboration improve. My method gives you concrete steps to move from theory to action. Participants get to practise situations they recognise from their own working day and leave with tools they can start using straight away. Inclusive leadership is not a trend term but a way of leading that delivers measurable results in the form of a better work environment, greater engagement and an organisation where all talents are put to use.
