In collaboration with the Executive team, we set the agenda for the global sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
HopeComms was hired to guide and assist the executive team of the publicly traded, global company Nederman Group/Nederman Holding AB in setting the agenda for its global DEIB strategy. Nederman Holding AB - aka The Clean Air Company - operates in the industrial air filtration sector, with offices in 22 countries on 5 continents.
The assignment thus involved conducting an extensive desktop review of the company's current sustainability and ESG work, with a focus on the review of new legislation on different continents and countries, Nederman Group’s Global Goals commitments, and its DEIB work both in Sweden and in the various countries of operation.
HopeComms then conducted an interactive workshop with the Executive Management team, where we together set the strategic agenda for the company's DEIB investments and practical DEIB work moving forward. The collaboration is set to continue.
