HopeComms was commissioned to both gender mainstream the SymbioCity Kenya material, and lead workshops for the Kenyan delegation and SALAR's team on gender-equal and intersectionally inclusive regional and urban planning - how can we ensure that the cities and regions we build work for everyone? 
SymbioCity Kenya is a partnership between Kenya’s Council of Governors (CoG) and Sweden’s Association for Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR).  The Council of Governors provides a framework for consultation and cooperation between the national and county governments.
